Order and wait for quote/package cost

After selecting your equipment, place your order by providing event details such as location, setup time, and special requirements. Once submitted, our team will review your request to check availability and logistics. You’ll then receive a confirmation message or call with all the details, so you can be assured that your equipment is reserved and scheduled for delivery.

Settle your payment

Once your order is confirmed, proceed with payment to secure your booking. We offer convenient options such as bank transfer or e-wallets payments. Early payment guarantees that your reserved equipment is locked in for your event date. Our team will provide you with a receipt and keep you updated, so you have peace of mind knowing everything is fully arranged.

Pickup your item/Arrange for delivery &setup

You can either pick up your equipment directly from our location at the scheduled time or choose our convenient delivery service. If you opt for delivery, our team will transport the items to your event venue, assist with setup if needed, and ensure everything is in proper working order. A service fee is applied for delivery and setup, but this guarantees a hassle-free experience so you can focus on your event while we handle the equipment.
